- As the owner of The Hot Lap Motorsports Report, my journey in Motorsports has been a great one, from my beginnings as a kid watching IROC races on TV in the early 90's, to attending my first race - The Indy Racing League's Inaugural Race @ Homestead-Miami Speedway - The Infinity Grand Prix of Miami in 2001, to becoming a cornerworker in the Sports Car Club of America - working local racetracks like Homestead and Moroso Motorsports Park since 2005, and being one of the official starters for The 2006 & 2007 Ferarri & Koni Challenge races as well. I started this blog to share my passion of the sport I've loved since that IROC race back in '90, and share it with others who are just as passionate & dedicated as I am about it.
